“Chisinau International Airport” Border Police Sector is a legal entity of public law, funded from the state budget, holding stamps with RM State Emblem, and treasury account.

The main duties of border police officers of the “Chisinau International Airport” BPS are: maintenance of public order within the area of responsibility, ensuring aviation security, carrying out surveillance and control over state border regime.
