In accordance with Law No. 190 as of 19 July 1994 on petitioning, petition means any claim, complaint, suggestion, notification submitted to state bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as preliminary requests contesting an administrative act or non-solving in due time.  The request may be submitted in written form or via email, and may be addressed, at petitioner’s preference, to the issuing body or the superior body.

Citizens of the Republic of Moldova are required to hold the passport and a valid visa authorizing entry in Romania.
Means of transport may cross the Republic of Moldova border basing on valid documents allowing crossing of the border.
