The Border Policemen detected three Moldovan citizens and one Russian citizen who tried to illegally cross the state border. In two cases, the persons presented for control falsified travel documents.
So, this morning, at the border crossing point Sculeni, came to enter the country a car Audi A6 with Romanian license plates, driven by a Moldovan citizen aged 31 years. Among the documents submitted, the Border Policemen noticed that the loan agreement to use the vehicle, presents obvious signs of falsification. After a thorough check has been confirmed that the document was counterfeit.
With a forged passport tried to legitimize another Moldovan, he was identified at the entry into the country, within the passenger flow of air route Kiev - Chisinau. After verifying the passport issued by the authorities of the Russian Federation, the employees of the Airport Border Police Sector found that it is false, being substituted the personal data page.
In both cases the documents were taken and sent for expertise, the research are being continued to attract liability for forgery.
In the other two cases, persons have been detained close to the border line, without any identity documents. At the Border Police Sector Leuseni a Russian citizen, aged 31, tried to cross the River Prut by swimming with the intention to continue his itinerary illegally in one of the EU countries.
The officers of the Border Police Sector Troiţcoe detected a Moldovan citizen at approximately 800 of meters from the border, who could not justify his presence in the area. Moreover, he admitted that the because of the lack of the travel documents, he chose to reach illegally Ukraine.
On the respective detentions, the Border Policemen have initiated investigations to establish the circumstances and apply legal measures imposed.
