The representatives of the press services of the border institutions from the Republic of Moldova and Romania gathered today, October 16th, in a working session. The discussions between the parties focused on bilateral actual themes, focusing on new ways to develop collaborative relationships between services.
During the meeting, the chief of the Division for Public relations of the Border Police of the Republic of Moldova, Daniela Mînzatu, familiarized the Romanian delegation with the mode of organization and functioning of the Division, the terms of remuneration and regulatory framework. In their turn, the visitors presented the legal framework, that regulates the media activities at the institutional level and showed open to identify common solutions to improve the cooperation of the press structures.
A special topic was the exchange of information in the organization of institutional communication, the choice of communication channels and coordination with media of the publication, as well as the distribution of the material that reflects the activity of the border authorities of both countries. In this context, the Romanian party has shown the coordination and transmission of a single message to the territorial structures of the Romanian Border Police.
At the end of the meeting, the officials reiterated the need of boosting and deepening the bilateral relations between the press services of the Moldovan-Romanian Border Police.
