Government sends welcome messages to Moldovans returning home in the period of Easter holidays

a1"Welcome home! Let the Easter holidays spent with parents, relatives and friends bring you joy and happiness, many good and precious memories. Let your return home to be auspicious. We always wait you back!"

With this message are welcome at all border crossing points the Moldovan citizens coming home to celebrate Easter. The message is sent on behalf of the Government through flyers.

On the back, it contains useful information including phone numbers and web sites, categorized by themes: business opening, labor market, health insurance, etc.
The initiative belongs to the Bureau for Relations with the Diaspora (BRD) and is conducted in collaboration with two public institutions: Border Police and Customs Service, which want to inform as many persons from Diaspora about the services for them in the Republic of Moldova.

The Head of the Bureau for Relations with the Diaspora, Victor Lutenco says that this initiative is primarily an act of kindness and change of the attitude towards our citizens abroad.

"So we signal our desire to build bridges of connection with those abroad, to welcome their return home, to show them that we think about them, we want to help informing them about the most important services, that we are interested in what they do, because in the country began to appear more and more projects, programs and services dedicated to the Diaspora, and the only condition is to know about them, "said Victor Lutenco.

In conformity with the data from the last year, during the Easter holidays in the country enter close to 250,000 Moldovan citizens.
