Petitions, notifications, complaints

In accordance with Law No. 190 as of 19 July 1994 on petitioning, petition means any claim, complaint, suggestion, notification submitted to state bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as preliminary requests contesting an administrative act or non-solving in due time.  The request may be submitted in written form or via email, and may be addressed, at petitioner’s preference, to the issuing body or the superior body.

Examination of petitions shall be made within a month, and for those petitions that do not require additional examination – without delay or within 15 days of the registration.
 
Petitions which are not signed by the author shall be analysed by relevant bodies only when they contain information regarding national security or public order.

When submitting a petition, notification or complaint the petitioner must provide details on circumstances of the events or the legal basis under which the request is made.
